FTU News: In the morning of September 15th 2015, Foreign Trade University held a solemn opening ceremony of the new academic year 2015-2016.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bui Anh Tuan – President of Foreign Trade University was delivering an opening speech at the ceremony.
The ceremony was honored to welcome Mr. Bunthat Latthipannha – The Counsellor for Education of the Laos Embassy in Vietnam; Mr. Pham Ngoc Hai – Member of the Standing Committee – National Education Union of VietNam; Outstanding Teacher Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hai – Vice Chairman of the former Teacher Association of FTU; Mr. Nguyen Dinh Luong – Former U.S. Chief Negotiator of U.S.-Vietnam Bilateral Trade Agreement – Representatives of Communications Chief of FTU Alumni Association; with the participation of the mass media agencies that also attended and reported about the ceremony.

As for the FTU, there were the presence of: Assoc. 55 years maturity of the Foreign Trade University is a process of teaching efforts, learning, scientific research and international cooperation of FTU teachers and students generations with proud achievements. In the entrance examination in 2015, just like every year, FTU is one of the leading school in the number of valedictorian and the number of exam candidates that achieved the highest score in the country. This year’s FTU has 5 valedictorians of admission subject combinations of: A; D; A1 with score from 28 or more.
The ceremony took place in the pride and emotion atmosphere. Next academic year, each FTU teachers will strive to contribute to the education; each FTU student will constantly learning to become high-quality human resources for social benefit. To get the achievements in the past school year, FTU and the students have always received valuable support from institutions, domestic and foreign enterprises, individuals and generations of alumni.
